Welcome to ‘Dragon Eat’, the official catering platform for the 2026 IBCPC Dragon Boat Festival.

Meals Included in the Registration

Your registration for the 2026 IBCPC Dragon Boat Festival includes 4 meals: the opening ceremony dinner on Thursday 27 August, lunches on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August, and the closing ceremony dinner on Saturday 29 August.

Team leaders, you are required to select the menu choices (standard or special menus for dietary requirements) for your entire team and your accredited supporters on this platform. The deadline to fill in your choices is Friday 5 June 2026.

Our Gourmet Selection

Additional Meals

On ‘Dragon Eat’ platform, you can also order and pay for additional meals (that are not included in your registration). It is ideal to provide catering for your team on non-race days, o er a convenient solution for your non-accredited supporters, or arrange a catering service at your accommodation. Choose from over 70 gourmet options: individual packed lunches, bu ets for small groups, charcuterie platters, mature cheeses, sweet and savoury regional specialities, local drinks, and more...

Additional meals must be ordered on the “Dragon Eat” platform between 5 June and 19 August. After this date, no further orders will be accepted.

These additional meals must be collected in Aix-les-Bains or Annecy upon presentation of your order form. Please note that for Aix-les-Bains, drinks cannot be ordered online (they must be purchased directly at the race venue, from the festival refreshment stand).
