Meals included in your registration: where to go and how to collect them ?
Lunches (Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August) Meals will be delivered directly to your team's tent, in cool boxes, from 10:30 am onwards. They have a shelf life of 4 hours. Please manage your waste on-site by following the instructions accessible via the QR code on the insulated bag.
Ceremony Dinners (Thursday 27 and Saturday 29 August) They will take place at the festival site in Aix-les-Bains. Access is granted upon presentation of vouchers.
Where can I collect my order and what proof of purchase is required ?
You can collect your order upon presentation of your proof of purchase (confirmation email or order receipt).

Can my non-accredited companions eat under my team's tent?
No, access to catering under your team's tent is reserved for accredited individuals. However, your companions can order additional meals through this website, in the "Online Order" section, and eat in the area dedicated to the public.
Can my non-accredited companions attend the ceremony dinners and evenings?
Yes, subject to availability. The site is accessible from 6:30 pm. Companions will need to make their own way there.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible in cases of force majeure, upon presentation of supporting documentation and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if meals are not collected?
Uncollected meals will be redistributed, in compliance with current food hygiene regulations.
Can ordered meals be transferred to another day?
No, meals cannot be transferred to another day for logistical and production reasons.
Do the meals included in the registration need to be booked on the platform?
Yes, booking is mandatory. We recommend doing so as early as possible — before 31 May for meals included in your registration, and up to 19 August for additional meals — in order to facilitate logistical organisation.
