GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – DRAGON EAT

Applicable from 10 April 2026


1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all orders placed on the site Dragon-eat.fr, the official catering platform of the IBCPC France 2026 International Dragon Boat Festival.

Services are provided by LA FINE FOURCHETTE, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the RCS of Grenoble under number 810 991 604, with its registered office at 22 rue Jean Vaugany, 38100 Grenoble, in partnership with Lake Montagnes.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.


2. CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT To place an order, the customer must create an account by providing the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Additional information if required

Login credentials are strictly personal. The customer is solely responsible for their use.

If a password is forgotten, a reset procedure is available on the site.


3. ORDER MANAGEMENT

3.1. Placing an Order The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and confirms the order after review.

An order is considered final after:

  • Cart validation
  • Acceptance of the T&Cs
  • Payment confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent.

3.2. Nature of Services The site allows:

  • Confirmation of meals included in the festival registration
  • Purchase of additional meals (subject to availability)

3.3. Prices Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

The prices applicable are those displayed at the time of the order.

3.4. Order Period Orders are open: from 10 April to 19 August 2026

No orders can be placed after this date.


4. COLLECTION METHOD (CLICK & COLLECT) No delivery is available.

Orders must be collected at the following locations only:

📍 Aix-les-Bains Festival site – Place Daniel Rops Meal collection (excluding drinks)

📍 Annecy Restaurant Marquisat – 58 rue des Marquisats Full collection (meals + drinks)

Collection dates and times are tied to the festival (22 to 30 August 2026).

The customer is responsible for presenting themselves at the correct location and time.


5. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY Products are prepared using regional and seasonal ingredients.

Visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

In the event of product unavailability:

  • An equivalent product may be offered
  • Or a partial refund may be issued

6. ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Allergen information is available upon request.

The customer is responsible for verifying that products are compatible with their dietary needs and restrictions.


7. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, food products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

However:

  • Modifications / cancellations are possible up to 19 August 2026
  • After this date: no modifications or refunds will be accepted

8. STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION Products must be consumed:

  • Within 6 hours of collection
  • While respecting the cold chain (+4°C)

Dishes are provided ready to eat.


9. LIABILITY LA FINE FOURCHETTE is committed to complying with hygiene standards (HACCP).

Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:

  • Improper storage by the customer
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • External events (strikes, weather, festival organisation, etc.)

Liability is limited to the amount of the order.


10. ECO-RESPONSIBLE APPROACH Packaging used is:

  • Recycled or recyclable
  • Made from sustainable materials

Waste collection will not be provided on site.


11. PERSONAL DATA Data collected is used solely for:

  • Order management
  • Customer relations

In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, modify and delete their personal data.


12. APPLICABLE LAW These T&Cs are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Grenoble.
